Emerson Hall will be closed tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 9, while water and smoke damage to the building due to today’s fire is cleaned up. Some classes that are normally held in Emerson Hall will be relocated to other campus locations.
Students with classes in Emerson Hall should check with their faculty instructor’s Blackboard or Canvas site for further instructions and details on when and where classes will be held on Friday. Classes meeting in all other academic buildings will meet as normal.
Employees who work in Emerson Hall should check with their supervisors to determine work arrangements and to contact the human resources office on how to properly code their time in the PeopleSoft system.
